Yes. Target countries and markets are agreed on your consultation call, subject to role availability and your eligibility to work there. We mostly work on roles in the USA, UK and UAE, plus remote roles, and check location and visa rules on every job before applying.

It is a 30-minute online call. We learn your background, the roles you want, your target countries and work type. We explain how our team would run your search and suggest the plan that fits. If we don't think we can help, we tell you.

Once you choose a plan, we agree your target roles, countries, work type, salary range and any companies to avoid. On monthly plans we rewrite your resume and LinkedIn profile for those roles in your first week. Then we start applying.

Not by default. You agree your targets once, during onboarding, and we apply to jobs that match them. You can change your targets or rule out a company at any time, and we can agree a different way of working if you prefer.

You do. Applications go out under your name, so recruiters and employers contact you directly. You answer them and attend the interviews you accept. On the Pro plan we also message hiring managers and recruiters for you, and hold an interview prep call every 2 weeks.

You can start with a one-time trial of 50 tailored applications for $40. Monthly plans are $300 for 150 applications or $700 for 350, which works out at $2 per application. Pro also includes messages to hiring managers and interview prep. Director-level roles can use a custom plan.

The Trial lets you see our work on 50 applications before committing to a monthly plan. Starter suits a steady search with a resume and LinkedIn rewrite. Pro suits a larger search where you also want us to contact hiring managers and prepare you for interviews. We suggest a plan on your consultation call.

The Trial is a one-time payment for 50 applications. When it is used, you can choose Starter or Pro, or stop there.
