Who we are

Robiq is a reverse recruiting service: our team finds jobs and applies to them for job seekers. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Robiq. For any privacy question, email hello@getrobiq.com.

What we collect when you request a consultation

When you fill in the form on our booking page, we collect:

• Your full name and email address
• Your LinkedIn profile link
• Your current or most recent job title, and the job title you want
• Your preferred countries and work type (remote, hybrid, onsite)
• Anything else you choose to write in the notes box
• A partner code, if you came to our site through a partner's link

What we collect if you book through the calendar

If you book your call in the calendar on our booking page, the booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the name, email and any answers you give in the calendar, and sends us the booking details. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to what it collects.

What we collect when you become a client

To run your job search, we also work with the information you give us for that purpose. This usually includes your resume, work history, education, the roles, companies and countries you want, your salary expectations, your work authorisation or visa situation, and the jobs we apply to for you and their outcomes.

What we collect automatically

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics or tracking tools on this site.

• Your IP address, when you send a form. We turn it into a one-way code and use that code only to limit how many requests one connection can send in an hour, to stop spam. We do not store the IP address itself for this.
• Standard technical information that any website host receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Our host, Cloudflare, processes this to deliver and protect the site.
• A partner code saved in your browser's storage for 90 days, only if you arrived through a partner's link. It lets us credit the partner if you send a form later.

Why we use your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• To reply to your consultation request and set up your call
• To decide with you whether our service fits your search
• If you become a client, to find jobs, tailor your resume and cover letters, apply on your behalf and report on progress
• To credit a partner who referred you
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse

Who processes your information

We use these services to run the site and our work. Each one handles data for us:

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and handles every request to it
• Supabase: the database where consultation requests are stored
• Resend: sends us an email notification when you send the form
• Calendly: runs the booking calendar, if you book through it
• Google Fonts: your browser loads the site's fonts from Google, which receives your IP address
• Our own job-tracking software, which our team uses to manage client job searches

Employers and job sites

When you are a client, applying for jobs means sending your resume, cover letter and application answers to the employers and job sites you agreed we should apply to. Once an employer or job site receives your application, their own privacy policy applies to it.

How we keep it safe

Consultation requests are stored in a database that only our server can write to, using keys that are kept out of the website's public code. Only our team can see your information, and only for the reasons above.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@getrobiq.com.

Your choices and rights

You can email hello@getrobiq.com at any time to ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you and send you a copy
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop applying to jobs for you or contacting you

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
