What Robiq provides

Robiq is a reverse recruiting service. After a free consultation, and once you choose a plan, our team:

• Finds jobs that match the roles, countries and work type you agreed with us during onboarding
• Skips jobs that do not fit, for example the wrong level, location or visa rules
• Tailors your resume and writes a cover letter for each job, using only your real experience
• Applies on your behalf, up to the number of applications in your plan
• Records every application in a live tracker you can open
• On monthly plans, rewrites your resume and LinkedIn profile and sends you a weekly report
• On the Pro plan, also messages hiring managers and recruiters and holds an interview prep call every 2 weeks

How applications are approved

During onboarding you agree your target roles, countries and job preferences with us. Our team then applies to jobs that match them. You do not need to approve each application, unless we agree otherwise with you. Tell us at any time if you want to change your targets or exclude a company.

What we need from you

• Accurate information about your experience, education and work authorisation. We describe your real experience; we never invent titles, dates, skills or degrees, and you should not ask us to.
• Your target roles, countries, salary range and any companies to avoid
• Replies to recruiters and employers who contact you, and attendance at interviews you accept
• Telling us promptly when you accept a job offer or want to pause, so we stop applying

Plans and payment

Our current plans and prices, in US dollars, are listed on our pricing page. The Trial is a one-time payment for 50 applications. Starter and Pro are monthly plans. Before you pay, we confirm your plan, the price and how to pay in writing.

Cancellation and refunds

On Starter and Pro, if you don't get 3 interviews within your first 3 months, we refund what you paid in full. The exact conditions are confirmed in writing before you pay. If you want to stop, email hello@getrobiq.com.

No guarantee of a job offer

Employers decide who they interview and hire. Their decisions, the job market, and the details of your background are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee a job offer or a start date. Apart from the interview refund promise above, what we commit to is the work described in your plan, done carefully and shown to you in your tracker.

Employers and job sites

We apply through company career sites and job boards. Each employer and job site has its own terms and its own process, which we follow. We work for you, not for employers.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
